Dim Sum Menu
With a spread of over 70 items, alongside familiar favourites such as ‘siew mai’ (a type of traditional Chinese dumpling) and ‘har gau’ (prawn dumpling) are the signatures, including the Crispy Swan, an elegant, swan-shaped puff pastry stuffed with savoury smoked duck, and Portuguese Egg Tart, a must-order. You can also look to try the modern and experimental dishes, such as the Crispy Wasabi Prawn Dumpling and Caviar Crab Essence Dumpling. The star of the dim sum menu, however, has to be the Imperial Lobak – radish cake fried with fluffy eggs and delicate, umami-flavoured conpoy to give a crispy outside and a smooth texture within.

À la carte Menu
Embark on a culinary journey, starting from Preludes (appetisers) to Sea Treasures (seafood) and all the way to the Sweet Epilogue (desserts). To begin, try the Chic- U-Tei, a deconstructed pork-free version of Bak Kut Teh (herbal soup dish), complete with abalone, petite jasmine rice, crispy mushrooms and Yau Char Kuey (deep- fried dough stick). Follow up with the Salted Mountain Abalone, an interactive dish where you get to smash a flaming salt mountain holding two abalones braised with truffle and kombu. Round up the meal with the Steamin’ Crabilicious, a whole steamed crab with roe, salted fish and chicken pâté on fragrant glutinous rice.
